Clients can book online using appointment times that match your groomers’ actual schedules, helping reduce back-and-forth messages, double-booking, and calendar confusion.

Manage groomer and staff availability so your calendar reflects who is working, when they are available, and what appointments they can take.

Keep client conversations organized with built-in two-way messaging. Communicate with clients from inside the same system you use to manage bookings, appointments, pets, payments, and daily salon operations.

Start accepting credit cards with a full POS system built directly into your grooming software. No separate checkout app. No disconnected payment setup. Just one system built for the way grooming salons actually take payments.
Software should help the person actually grooming the dog—not just the person managing the calendar.
History, notes, photos, customer instructions and safety information stay with the active appointment.
Structured recipes preserve what worked previously instead of relying on memory or vague notes.
Check in, groom, communicate, collect payment and checkout from the same daily workflow.

Built from inside a real grooming salon—not from the outside looking in.
Sir Puppy was not created by someone looking at the grooming industry from the outside. It was built from inside a real dog grooming salon—one I personally designed, built, own, and operate right here on my property.
I understand every part of running a grooming business because I live it every day. I know the physical work that happens inside the salon, but I also know how much work continues after the last dog goes home.
Most people do not realize how much happens behind the scenes. Appointments, client messages, pet records, grooming notes, staff schedules, payments, inventory, payroll, reporting, and dozens of other responsibilities all have to be handled.
I built Sir Puppy to change that. The goal was to create a system that feels natural from the moment you open it—simple, intuitive, and easy to use without constantly searching for instructions. Grooming software should make the work easier, not give salon owners another complicated system to manage.
Sir Puppy was built specifically around the way real grooming salons operate. It was not adapted from software designed for another industry, and it was not created by someone who only studied grooming from a distance. Every feature is shaped by firsthand experience, real salon workflows, and the problems grooming businesses deal with every day.
I wanted to build something that could give salon owners and groomers their time back—less time doing paperwork after hours, less time fighting with software, and more time with family, friends, and the life they work so hard to provide for.
Building Sir Puppy has been an adventure, but the mission has remained simple: create the grooming software I wished existed when I needed it most.
Yes. Sir Puppy is designed around how grooming salons actually operate—not adapted from generic appointment software. It helps manage clients, pets, grooming notes, appointments, staff schedules, payments, receipts, inventory, reporting, and day-to-day salon operations in one place.
Yes. Your salon can use a hosted booking page where customers select their dog, service, preferred date, and other appointment details. This reduces phone tag and lets customers request appointments even when you are busy, closed, or holding a nervous dog.
Yes. Each pet can have its own profile with grooming history, service details, preferences, and notes. Your team can quickly see what was done previously instead of relying on memory or searching through old text messages.
Yes. Sir Puppy supports integrated card payments through Stripe, along with cash payments. Payments, fees, refunds, receipts, and appointment details stay connected, giving you a cleaner record of what was charged and what your salon actually received.
Yes. Sir Puppy supports different staff roles and permissions, including owners, managers, front desk staff, groomers, and bathers. Employees can access the tools they need without automatically getting access to sensitive billing, payroll, ownership, or financial settings.
Yes. Sir Puppy provides reporting and financial views that help you understand revenue, commissions, refunds, processing fees, appointments, and other important business activity. You should not have to guess whether the salon is busy, profitable, or moving in the right direction.
Moving systems always requires some setup, but continuing to operate with scattered records, outdated software, or manual processes usually costs more time in the long run. Sir Puppy is intended to give salons one organized place to run the business going forward.
Because grooming businesses have needs that generic calendars do not understand. Dogs have breeds, weights, grooming histories, behavior notes, service preferences, multiple owners, recurring visits, and different time requirements. Sir Puppy is built around those realities.
Most grooming platforms focus mainly on booking and scheduling. Sir Puppy is built to help run your entire salon—from appointments and customer records to payments, staff schedules, payroll, expenses, inventory, finances, and reporting—all in one place.
Yes. The Professional plan includes a 7-day free trial so you can explore the system and see how it fits your salon before committing.
